Fees & Payment Policies

  • Accepts Child Health Plus
  • Accepts Medicaid managed care. Please call to learn about (or confirm) accepted plans
  • Accepts Medicare
  • In order to comply with Medicaid rules, the Health Department's immunization clinic must request insurance or payment for services. Individuals who have health insurance will be billed. Individuals will not be charged a co-payment.
    Individuals ages 19+ without health insurance or do not want their insurance billed, will have to pay a sliding scale fee based on family size and annual income.
    Adults who are currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational program and receive the MMR vaccine as part of school requirements do not have to pay a fee.

Additional Information

Walk-ins are accepted; no appointment is necessary. Individuals are asked to bring their vaccination and insurance card if applicable.

Hepatitis A vaccine is provided for youth (ages 4-18) and for adults with risk factors for Hepatitis A infection. Services provided to all individuals, regardless of immigration status. 

Travel immunizations are not offered at this location.
