Matching Grant Program awarded to refugees/asylees within 31 days of receiving asylum. Grant encourages refugee/asylee to seek work and achieve economic self-sufficiency.
Eligibility: Individuals from the Caribbean must reside in the United States for less than a year; or English must be second language; or individuals must be a refugee or asylum seeker.
