Fees & Payment Policies

  • Accepts Medicaid
  • Sliding fee scale/assistance based on need
  • Adult supportive housing is paid by a combination of SSI and Medicaid. Individuals ineligible for these programs may be required to pay private fees. Individuals are advised to call to determine eligibility.
    Residential services for children with autism is Medicaid funded at no cost to families. Organization assists families with the Medicaid application. Parents are encouraged to contribute according to their means.
    Individuals are asked to call regarding fee/insurance information for other individual programs and services.

Adult Supportive Housing Eligibility Requirements: Nassau County resident, between (ages 18-55); Primary diagnosis of mental illness; and no primary diagnosis of substance abuse. 

Case Management Eligibility Requirements: Nassau County resident; adult (ages 18+), documented severe and persistent mental illness.
