Fees & Payment Policies
- Tenants are expected to contribute 30% of their monthly income toward rent.
HASA pays full rent for individuals on public assistance (PA) until they begin to receive SSI, SSD, or some other form of income.

Eligibility Criteria: Current HASA client and capable of living independently.
Referral documents: M11Q, medicaid card, birth certificate, social security card, HASA application, physical examination (with PPD results).
