  • Accepts Medicaid managed care. Please call to learn about (or confirm) accepted plans
  • AHRC fees vary by service; most programs have a sliding fee scale or a private pay option. 
    AHRC also provides Medicaid enrollment assistance. 
    A family reimbursement fund (The Francesca Nicosia Fund) is also available through AHRC NYC. Individuals may call the AHRC Central Intake Unit for additional information: 212-780-4491 / 4493.

This office serves as a central information and referral site for all AHRC programs.

There are 85 AHRC service sites throughout the 5 boroughs. Each site offers slightly different services to different age groups.
